This Spring NYX Cosmetics came out with a lot of new products that are so much fun for the cosmetics junkie like myself. Here is a review of all of the fun eye shadow palettes that they came out with and the great eye shadow that they have brought out for you to have fun with too. I guarantee that you will love them as much as I do. The eye shadows are pigmented and long lasting. They are fun to wear and have great payoff. Make sure to grab them as soon as you can!
The Adorable Eye Shadow Palette $7.50
These pigmented eye shadows help create looks ranging from shimmering nude and natural to smoky brown. You get six eye shadows that were selected to work together in one easy-to-use palette. NYX
does it again. I find these eye shadows to definitely be “adorable”. Create a well defined eye with this palette. The light eye shadows will give you a nice nude look or a light smoky eye.
The Sex Bomb Eye Shadow Palette $7.50
This palette will help you channel your inner sex bomb with this palette of smoky eye shadows. Six shadows of dark yet vibrant shades that will leave you looking like a goddess. Selected to be expertly combined to transform you into an alter ego day or night. If she comes out every day or only on special
occasions, your special personality will definitely have so much fun with this palette.
Dream Catcher Palette: Dusk ‘til Dawn $15.00
This limited edition set of 10 eye shadows will be the answer to your dreams. There are 3 different sets. I tried Dusk ‘til Dawn, a set of smoky shades. They are definitely pigmented but softer than most eye shadows I have tried. Because of this they do have some fall out. But they are still very nice eye shadows. Just be aware that some of them are very soft.
Hot Singles Eye Shadow $4.50
Available in 88 shades, these highly pigmented shadows are great for any occasion. This high intensity eye shadow formula is NYX Cosmetics most versatile and is loaded with pigment. If you want to look edgy or natural, you will be able to capture any look. This formula is easy to apply and easy to blend and build upon. The on trend shades come directly from the latest fashion shows.
I tried 3 shades, and I will say that these definitely had pigment to them. They were easy to apply and had longevity. With this price, you can get almost all the shades and not feel guilty! Here I am wearing: Lust in the crease, Gold Lust on the Lid over Rose Gold Infinite Shadow Stick and Pink Cloud under the Brow. I also have Infinite Shadow Stick under the eye as a liner.
Two Timer Khol Pencil Liner & Felt Tip Liner $10.00

Bold eye shadow for a bold statement. NYX makes baked eye shadow with pigmented appeal. This lightweight eye shadow is really pigmented and can be used wet or dry. Apply dry for an even wash of color or wet for a dramatic look. Baked eye shadow is hard on the surface but once you get through you
get intense color payoff! The swatches below were done wet to show the intense color you can get from baked eye shadow. These come in 33 shades, so I am sure you will find many to choose from. I tried three that I thought were quite beautiful:Cosmos,Posh and Violet Smoke.

The Adorable Eye Shadow Palette looks like something I'd definitely use everyday, especially since I love nude shadows!
ReplyDeleteI defiantly need more NYX products. For some reason I over look them everytime I am in Ulta! I think I have like 4 products total! I think I will work on expanding my collection of NYX this summer! Come on over from the Beauty Blogger Brunch Daily thread!
