Hydroxatone Am/PM is well known for its ability to help with fine lines and wrinkles. It’s most infamous ingredient is Matrixyl 3000, which is known to really help with anti-aging issues. Some of their other products are also known for being quite good on their own in the anti-aging skincare arena. Recently I was able to test out two products, the Revitalizing Microdermabrasion Cream and the Intensive Youth Serum. Below is a review of both of these products.
Revitalizing Microdermabrasion Cream $30.00
This cream is excellent at polishing the skin. It gets rid of dull, drab and flaky skin to reveal a beautiful and rejuvenated complexion. Revitalizing Microdermabrasion also helps to reduce the look of large pores, it diminishes the appearance of age spots and hyperpigmentation, it also enhances the absorption of other anti-aging products and it smoothes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. This cream has Magnesium Oxide to polish and smooth the skin. Sesame seed oil helps to smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Anti-oxidants, such as Vitamin E, Grape Seed Extract and Bearberry Extract protect the skin from environmental aggressors. The cream has brightening ingredients such as Vitamin C, Licorice Extract, Coneflower Extract and Chamomile Extract to help the appearance of skin and brighten it.
Using it is very simple, take some of the cream, rub on damp skin. Massage in an circular motion on the face for up to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Use every other day and then skip one week to allow skin to rejuvenated. Bask in the glow of freshly renewed skin!
I like the face that this exfoliating cream is very gentle and easy on the skin. It leaves skin feeling soft, skin looks rosy and glows with renewed blood flow. The sesame seed oil in this formula does indeed help skin feel soft and smooth.
Intensive Youth Serum $49.95
Intensive Youth Serum contains 3 natural liposome encapsulated recovery accelerating enzymes that are derived from the ocean. These enzymes fight the appearance of photoaging. The serum reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also contains a unique blend of ingredients that visibly reduce new and existing sun damage. The serum is paraben-free, is dermatologist tested to be non-irritating. It contains Matrixyl 3000 for firmer skin and to promote visible anti-aging benefits.
Use this serum twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. Apply to cleansed skin. This is a very light serum and it absorbs instantly into skin. Massage a thin layer into face and neck. Wait one minute and apply moisturizer, such as the Hydroxatone AM/PM Cream.
I think that this serum is very nice. I love how it sinks right into skin and not only helps with fine lines, wrinkles and photodamage, but it helps skin feel soft and smooth. This serum is a nice overall anti-aging serum. It does make skin look more radiant after a few weeks of use. I do feel as if there is a visible difference in my skin.
