These oils capture the highest concentration of a plant’s benefits, allowing for the product to work fast, penetrate well and have the capacity to carry natural nutrients to the hair so that it can maintain vitality. L’Occitane first captured the highest concentration a plant’s benefits many years ago when the founder, Olivier Baussan, first distilled rosemary and lavender.
