If you are a fan of mineral makeup, then I have a product that you will definitely like. It is called Minerals Mate. This little gem is a tray with 7 wells for your mineral powders: foundations, blushes and eye shadows. There are 3 large wells and 4 small wells. It even includes caps so that you can put the products away for the night and get them out again in the morning, with everything still there. The one I tried is called ‘Red at Play’. There is also a Minerals Mate called in black and gray called ‘Double Platinum’ and one in white called ‘Muddy Mate”. The latter helps absorb oils from brushes. ‘Muddy Mate’ is made of porous ABS plastic and is virtually indestructible. The ‘Double Platinum’ is made from lightweight, highly polished melamine that is easy to keep a grip on.
What is so great about the Minerals Mate tray is that it is a clean and effective way to manage your mineral makeup. To clean the Minerals Mate tray, use soap and water. It is easily taken care of. You can also store any other powder makeup in this tray. Just whatever you want. It can be covered with the caps, which do not come off easy. You have to actually pull them off to get the caps off the wells.
