A GLAMOROUS AND NATURAL HOLLYWOOD LOOK USING CHANTECAILLE
FOR REESE WITHERSPOON AT THE 2017 74th ANNUAL GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS

• At the 2017 Golden Globe Awards, celebrity makeup artist Molly R. Stern gave presenter Reese Witherspoon a glamorous yet natural Hollywood look using Chantecaille makeup.
  INSPIRATION: Molly was inspired by the butter sherbet color of Reese’s custom Versace gown. She wanted Reese to have a fresh look with pastel hues.

• THE LOOK: Fresh Hollywood Glamour with Pastels and Pewters
  Below are Molly’s tips to achieve Reese’s Golden Globes look:
  
   
• FACE:
  1. To prep Reese’s face, Molly used Chantecaille Pure Rosewater mist ($66) to refresh and energize her skin. Next she moisturized her skin with a Vitamin C rich serum to lock in a luminous and dewy base to build upon.
  2. Molly sparingly applied Chantecaille Future Skin Foundation ($76) to even out Reese’s glow and enhance her already beautiful skin.
  3. Next, she built Reese’s cheek by enhancing the hallows using a sheer matte cream contouring shade. She added a pop of Chantecaille Liquid Lumiere in Brilliance ($39) to her cheekbone. Chantecaille Cheek Gelee in Happy ($39) was added to the apples of her cheek for a soft glow. It was then blended with a soft pastel matte blush.
   
• EYES:
  1. Molly applied Make Up For Ever’s Aqua XL Waterproof Liner in Me 42 ($23). Over that she layered Chantecaille Mermaid Eye Color in Triton ($34), which she blended into the liner
  2. For a concentration of color close to the lash line, she then applied Chantecaille Le Chrome Luxe Eye Duo ($58) in Monte Carlo. She repeated the same combination underneath the lash line to widen the shape of Reese’s eye.
  3. She then tightly lined her inner lash line using Elizabeth Arden Liquid Eyeliner first in Plum Desire, and then switched to Gilded Brown ($25) to define the outer lash line.
  4. Molly curled Reese’s eyelashes with Shu Uemura’s eyelash curler ($20) and coated her lashes with a dark brown mascara.
   
• LIPS:
  1. For Reese’s lips, Molly combined a sheer and a matte color for a unique effect. She used Chantecaille Matte Chic in Marisa ($39) and Chantecaille Lip Chic in Lily ($36)—two new Spring colors from the brand.
