fragrance brings back so many memories for me. I was in middle school
and all the girls wore this fragrance. It is what all the girls would
wear if they wanted to be cool. The heady, floral, exotic scent was so
new to us yet was so intoxicating to our senses. It was all anyone could
talk about. Giorgio Beverly Hills
was THE fragrance of the 1980's. If you were a teenager, a tween or a
young woman back then, then you know what I am talking about. It will
bring back memories for you too.
The story of Giorgio Beverly Hills
began in 1961 with the opening of the famous boutique behind the

Base notes Moss, Patchouli, Sandalwood, Cedarwood and Vanilla. It is a
very complex fragrance with many notes to it with the top notes being a
sweet citrus that most people can wear, the heart notes being a heavy
floral that mixes beautifully with the citrus notes and the dry down is
very woodsy yet powdery at the same time.
Getting
a bottle of this fragrance for Valentine's Day would bring back a lot of
memories to a woman who is in the 40's and 50's age group. And as I
proved yesterday, the scent is still wearable today. In fact it still
fits in with today's fragrance market. It is such a wonderful scent that
I cannot believe I have not used it for so long. I'm so glad to have
discovered it again. This is a great gift to give a woman who is in her 40's or older so she can go back in time and remember her school days. I know it brings back a ton of memories for me. All from middle school!
