I'm sure many of you are familiar with the facial cleansing devices out there. There are many of them. Basically there are two kinds: The rotating cleansing brush and the silicone kind. This is the silicone kind. It is called the QYK SONIC ZOE Multi-Use Massaging Facial Cleanser. In short it is just called the ZOE. 

What makes this device so special? Ah, good question. If you are going to spend your hard earned money on a facial cleansing device, and I suggest that you do, because they really do help get rid of the extra sebum, makeup and dead skin cells in the pores and help keep your skin cleaner. This device can also do more than just that. That is what the difference is. 

The device is made from ultra-hygienic, medical grade, antibacterial silicone. Why this is good is because it will never get moldy or dirty. ZOE has two sides, the cleansing side and the anti-aging/deep cleansing side. The cleansing side works by cleansing skin and removing dirt, oil and makeup from the skin and pores. The anti-aging side works by massaging skin and helping your skincare to absorb more quickly and completely or it also works by deep cleansing the skin too. Use your serums with it and they will work much better on your skin. The device has 15 levels of pulsations. By default every time you start, it starts off at level 8 (Medium) and if you would like it stronger or softer, you will need to change that every time you start it up. Higher levels of intensity are for cleansing and lower levels are for anti-aging and massage. You may also adjust the levels for your skin type. 

Cleansing: Wet face, apply cleanser and then wet the device. Power it on by pressing the button in the center and adjust the intensity by pressing the + or - buttons on the left or right of the center button. Cleanse the area around your cheek for 30 seconds by moving to each section of your face, gliding the device with lather around it. Each other area of the face should be done for 15 seconds. Turn off the device and rinse face. Make sure to wash off the device and pat it dry. 

Massage and Anti-Aging: Use the back, curved side of the device. The anti-aging zones such as forehead and nasolabial folds are emphasized to elasticize skin and reduce wrinkles. Use your favorite serum or cream with the massage. Turn on the device. Lower the intensity by pressing the - button. Massage gently by using a rocking motion with the device over your wrinkle prone zones. Turn off the device. Clean it with soap and water. Pat dry with a towel.

I love the way it works. The ZOE is wonderful alternative to something for cleansing the face that is similar to the a facial cleansing brush but does not need brush head replacements.
