When I was in my teens, I tweezed my eyebrows mercilessly and now I have very little brow hair left. The IT Cosmetics Brow Power Universal Brow Pencil wants to be the product for my brows and if I had lighter hair it would be. But right now my hair has too much red in it for this to be my perfect brow product. I would recommend this to someone who has blonde, dark blonde, strawberry blonde or light brown hair. I have very red hair and I need a brow product that has some auburn tones in it for my brows to be more normal looking. To create your most perfect-looking eyebrows, follow these easy-to-remember tips: (1) The start of your eyebrow should line up directly with the edge of your nose; (2) Your eyebrow arch should align to the outer edge of your iris, and (3) The end of your eyebrow should line up with the outer corner of your eye!
Personally, I found that if you push harder for darker hair it doesn't exactly match my hair. It might match someone who has darker brown hair but I need warmth pulled into the color and this is a taupe shade that just doesn't have that warmth.
