Maybelline Brow Ultra Slim Defining Eyebrow Pencil $7.99

For me, my eyebrows are a constant point of contention in my makeup routine. When I was a teenager, I over-tweezed way too much hair from my brows and now it has not gown back. So I am left with very little brow hair that has to be filled in daily. Not only that, but I color my naturally dark blonde hair red, so it needs to look somewhat reddish or light brown to match my hair. 

Maybelline has a new eyebrow pencil out that is quite spectacular. It is a 1.5mm pencil that when used correctly, can draw little tiny hair like strokes on your eyebrows that mimic the look of hairs. This brow pencil comes in six shades: Light Blonde, Blonde, Soft Brown, Medium Brown, Deep Brown and Black Brown. It glides easily across brows without tugging and does not break easily either. It also has a built in spoolie brush that can tame brows into submission and allow you to draw brow strokes easily and quickly without imprecision. To use, draw small light strokes along the contour,  then fill in brows with light precise strokes that look like little hairs.

I am very happy with this pencil. And I usually do not like eyebrow pencils. Usually I use powder or pomade on my brows. The only reason I like this is because the pencil is very small and fills the brows with small strokes and because it doesn't break easily like other pencils do. The only think is I wish it came in an Auburn shade. It comes in a good variety of shades but Auburn would clinch the shade list definitely.
