If you suffer from dandruff then you know what I am going to discuss, as you have experienced it yourself. Directions for Use:

• Apply to wet hair.
• Gently massage into hair and scalp.
• Leave in for 2-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

• Use at least twice a week for best results. 

You should start to see results in after a week at least two of using. I personally do not have dandruff but my friend does and he used this for a couple of weeks and did notice a difference. This shampoo is made with soapberry, which is a natural ingredient that helps dandruff. It clinically reduces it up to 50%. My friend noticed a difference of up to about 70%.

How to Use:

• Use on dry or damp scalp.
• Apply to the scalp and gently massage until absorbed.

I gave this to a friend, the same friend who tested the shampoo and he loved the way this worked for his dandruff. Between this and the shampoo, his dandruff was completely taken care of. He used it at night and washed with the shampoo in the morning.
