I am a huge fan of liquid liner. To me liquid liner is the essential part of the look. It helps to finish of the eye look along with a beautiful pair of false eyelashes. Liquid liner, when done right, actually solidifies the look you are going for.

To apply:
Step 1. Draw this liquid liner along the upper lash line.
Step 2. Let the liquid liner dry for 20 seconds.
For removal: Press and hold a makeup wipe on your lid for three seconds, then glide the wipe across the eye area. Repeat if needed.

I adore this new eyeliner. It goes on so easily and makes it easy to line eyes and give a gorgeous wing tip at the end of the eye. The liner lasts for 24 hours without smudging, skipping during application and is an intense black shade that looks amazing on anyone.
