I am not sure if you are a fan of Gatorade or Pedialyte for rehydration purposes or not, but I am not. In fact, I usually abhor both of them. However, when presented with the opportunity to try ROAR Organics Electrolyte Infusions, I was excited because the flavors sounded good. I was not wrong. These are FANTASTIC!!!

ROAR Organic Electrolyte Infusions come in four flavors: Mango Clementine. Cucumber Watermelon, Blueberry Açai and Georgia Peach. I found all found flavors to take very very good but my favorites were the Blueberry Açai and Georgia Peach. These are very yummy. I took them when I was ill and they helped to rehydrate me. I was sick recently with a stomach bug and needed these to help keep me hydrated and boy did they help do the trick. I desperately needed these at the right time. And thank goodness I had them. I even shared these with a friend who was a little hungover and he absolutely loved them, and wants to know where to get some! They helped his hangover tremendously. So they work not only for illness but for hangovers too. 

These rehydration solutions provide essential antioxidants, B Vitamins, 5% Coconut water, 1 g of sugar and 10 calories per serving and there are 2 servings per bottle. I found I could drink the whole bottle in one fell swoop. Here are the nutritional details regarding how much is in each serving per bottle:

• 80 mg of sodium
• 5g of carbohydrates
• 1 g of total sugar
• includes 1 g of added sugars 2%
• 3 gram of Erythritol
• 2mg Calcium
• 26 mg potassium 
• 15 mg of Vitamin C (15% daily allowance)
• 4 mg of Vitamin B3 Niacin (25% daily allowance)
• 0.4 mg Vitamin B6 (25% daily allowance)
• 1 mg Vitamin B5 Pantothenic Acid (25% daily allowance) 

Also each bottle contains 5% juice, it non-GMO, gluten-free,soy-free and vegan. The flavors are so much better than Gatorade or Pedialyte and they are better for you too. These are adult drinks that anyone can drink anytime and feel good about themselves. These are also great to have after exercise to replenish lost electrolytes. Not only that but they now come in powder form that can be added to water, as needed. The flavors are the same too!

These are currently available from www.amazon.com for $28.99 per 12 pack. My friend and I are going to purchase some we liked them so much! The powder version are $23.99 for 14 sticks. They are both a great deal if you ask me, considering how good they taste. These would make a great gift for anyone who works out too. I know my daughter would love them!
