When you go through menopause, your skin definitely goes through some not so subtle changes. Changes that you don't necessarily want it to go through, but nevertheless happen anyway. Grapeseed Oil contains high levels of Omega-6 fatty acids, which help help to can protect the skin against acne. It is also a potent antioxidant and moisturizer. Lavender Oil is an anti-inflammatory and extremely soothing to the skin.
To use: take 1-2 pumps of the serum onto the fingertips and apply to the entire face and neck in light upward strokes. For best results follow with DERMA E's Ultra Lift Firming DMAE Moisturizer. Use twice daily.
This serum comes as a light blue, non tacky gel that is bouncy and easily absorbed into the skin. I would recommend this product mainly for mature and dry skin types, but ideally any skin type could use it, even sensitive skins. The ingredients listed above make this serum ideal for those with mature, dry or sensitive skins. Since it is a gel and it absorbs easily, this product works well for those with acne too. The ingredients in this product are great for anti-aging and you should see moderate results in about 4-6 weeks. This is something I would recommend using on someone who is in their 40's-60's. Also, the ingredients are very hydrating and anti-inflammatory, making it something that helps quelch mild dryness. This is a great anti-aging serum in general. I would recommend it for all skin types and to aid in an anti-aging regimen. Ideally it should be used with the addition of the DERMA E Ultra Lift Firming DMAE Moisturizer.
